A new chapter on Nørrebrogade
You might know Sappa from Falafel Factory. Now he is behind Kubideh – a new restaurant at Nørrebrogade 63 serving Persian street food, the kind of food he wants to eat every day himself.
The signature is kubideh kebab from the grill – in a roll or as a platter with rice, sumac, saffron, yoghurt dressing and red cabbage salad with pickles. And yes: crispy falafel and grilled halloumi are on the menu too.

Hi everyone. You probably remember me from Falafel Factory. I've made something delicious: Iranian street food, Persian street food, with rolls and platters of kubideh kebab, halloumi and falafel. Super tasty!
But our signature is this new kubideh with rice, sumac, saffron, yoghurt dressing and a really tasty red cabbage salad with pickles – hot pickles and tasty pickles.
So come down and visit us. We're still at the same place: Nørrebrogade 63. And don't worry, we still have the falafel.

What is kubideh?
What should I order the first time?
Go for our signature: the kubideh kebab platter with rice (DKK 99). Want something to eat on the go? Take a kubideh kebab roll (DKK 85) – and add hummus for DKK 10.
Do you have falafel too?
Yes – crispy falafel is always on the menu. Order a falafel roll, or choose the falafel with halloumi platter with rice or bulgur.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes. Everything with falafel or halloumi is vegetarian: the falafel roll, the halloumi roll and the falafel with halloumi platter. For a vegan meal, have falafel without the yoghurt dressing – just tell us when you order. Feel free to ask us about allergens.
Is the meat halal?
Yes – all our meat is halal, including the meat in our kubideh kebab.
Can I eat in or take away?
Both. We have about 10 seats at Nørrebrogade 63, or you can take your food away – a roll is made for eating on the go.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, MobilePay or cash.
